On Tuesday the 7th of November a nutritionist came in to talk to us as part of wellbeing week.
When we went into the talk there was many different types of foods out on the table in front of her.
When she started the talk it was all about what is good for you and what we need to be eating everyday.
Then she began to explain what her career involved such as she is a nutrition therapist and works with people and to show them how eating the right foods can make you feel better.
I really enjoyed this talk and found it very interesting.
